Technology leadership for critical investments, complex transformations, and long-term enterprise value creation.
Every engagement is sponsored at the CEO, board, or investor level.
We are not traditional consultants. We are senior executives who work as co-pilots alongside your team — helping diagnose issues, strengthen leadership, review architecture, improve operating processes, and guide execution where it matters most.
We stay engaged for as long as we add value. No dependency. No unnecessary layers. Just experienced operators focused on outcomes.
Engagements fall into three categories: Assess (technology, leadership, architecture, and risk diagnostics); Transform (AI strategy, platform modernization, operating model redesign, and 100-day execution plans); and Sustain (ongoing advisory, monitoring, and re-engagement as needs evolve). Most client relationships begin with an assessment and expand from there.
It depends on the scope. A pre-investment technical due diligence engagement typically completes in one to three weeks. A transformation or interim leadership engagement can run six months to two or more years. We stay as long as we are adding value — and step back when we are not.
Yes. We provide fractional and interim CTO, CIO, CPO, and CISO coverage — particularly during leadership transitions, post-close integration periods, or when an organization needs senior technology judgment before a permanent hire is in place.
Yes. Techquity has conducted engagements across North America, Latin America, and Europe. Our collective includes partners with international operating experience and cross-border diligence capabilities.
Engagement pricing depends on scope, duration, and the depth of expertise required. Engagements are scoped specifically to your organization and challenges. Schedule a call to discuss your situation and we will provide a clear picture of what an engagement would involve.
Deliverables are tailored to the engagement type. For diligence engagements, we deliver a structured report with CEO- and board-level findings, risk ratings, and prioritized recommendations — in plain language, not technical jargon. For transformation engagements, deliverables include roadmaps, operating model designs, hiring specs, and execution frameworks.
