What types of engagements does Techquity take on?

Engagements fall into three categories: Assess (technology, leadership, architecture, and risk diagnostics); Transform (AI strategy, platform modernization, operating model redesign, and 100-day execution plans); and Sustain (ongoing advisory, monitoring, and re-engagement as needs evolve). Most client relationships begin with an assessment and expand from there.

How long does a typical engagement last?

It depends on the scope. A pre-investment technical due diligence engagement typically completes in one to three weeks. A transformation or interim leadership engagement can run six months to two or more years. We stay as long as we are adding value — and step back when we are not.

Does Techquity provide interim or fractional technology leadership?

Yes. We provide fractional and interim CTO, CIO, CPO, and CISO coverage — particularly during leadership transitions, post-close integration periods, or when an organization needs senior technology judgment before a permanent hire is in place.
